Any personal data you decide to provide to us through any of the media enabled for that purpose are provided by you freely and you accept that such personal data may undergo the corresponding processing in each case according to the consent and purpose for which you have provided the data to us.
In accordance with the provisions of General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April, (hereinafter the “GDPR”), we are required to provide you with information concerning the processing of your data that we are going to carry out so that you have all the information necessary to give us your consent validly. The personal data you provide us on the form enabled for this purpose on the website will be used by us to respond to and manage any requests for information you may submit, as well as to handle any information requests you may make. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data will depend on your role and the way in which you interact with us, which may be as a customer, user of our services, person who provides services for a supplier or customer, etc. In any of these cases:
We do not assign your personal data to third parties. We will only communicate your personal data when we are required to do so by law or in the event that you have previously given your express consent.
